Product Overview: Mechanically Lined Pipe（MLP） is a high-tech product developed by Xi'an Sunward Aeromat Co., Ltd. using digital underwater deflageration technology and whole-pipe holding hydrostatic expansion technology. MLP uses carbon steel pipe as the base material, fully leveraging the excellent mechanical properties of carbon steel, ensuring the overall strength and various mechanical indicators of the pipeline through the CS backing pipe. The liner pipe is made of corrosion-resistant alloy material, fully utilizing the superior corrosion resistance of the alloy, ensuring the pipe's corrosion resistance through the corrosion-resistant alloy liner pipe, thereby achieving a scientific combination of reliability and economic-efficiency in MLP；
Quality Control Standards: Compliant with API, DNVGL, and user technical specifications;
Quality Control Certifications: API 5LD certification; BV, ABS, DNVGL, CCS certifications.
Manufactured in accordance with API, DNV, or project specifications；
Size range from DN50 to 1500；
- Layer thickness from 1 to 4 mm；
- Random lengths up to 12.2 meters, without circumferential seam welding;
- Suitable for S-lay and J-lay installation.
